Journey to Awe

I am a lifelong scientist and SCUBA diver, transitioning from many years of research away from the sea to embrace the vibrant ecosystems beneath the ocean surface. Currently, I completing my Master of Advanced Studies in Marine Biodiversity and Conservation at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where my capstone project highlights how captivating marine imagery can inspire emotional connections and promote ocean conservation. Through my work, I strive to bridge science and public engagement, using art and storytelling to unveil the beauty and wonder of marine life. I also really like dogs.
